Senior BMS/BIM Engineer MEP

Job Title: Digital Delivery Sr. Engineer

Major: Computer Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical

The selected engineer will be responsible for connecting the physical building systems to the digital world. This role will directly support Digital Twin deployment across multiple projects and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and real-time performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review BMS single-line diagrams, I/O lists, logic flow, and control sequences.
• Integrate BMS, KNX, AV, metering, and IoT systems into the Digital Twin via APIs and protocols.
• Work with the system integrator to validate sensor mappings, point lists, and data quality.
• Configure data pipelines (BACnet MQTT Digital Twin Platform).
• Develop dashboards, live data overlays, and FM analytics for visualization.
• Participate in commissioning, testing, and verification of Digital Twin functions.
• Coordinate with IT/ICT teams for network, cybersecurity, and connectivity.
• Support FM operator requirements and develop predictive maintenance workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• 58 years experience in:
• BMS engineering, commissioning, or integration.
• KNX or smart-building control.
• Protocols: BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT, OPC UA.
• Hands-on experience with ABB Cylon, Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.
• Experience with IoT platforms or cloud integration (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams (MEP, ICT, FM, Digital Delivery).
