Job SummaryThe Senior BMS Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support by designing and proposing integrated Building Management System (BMS) solutions. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting site visits, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Design BMS solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare technical submittals and compliance sheets.
- Conduct site surveys and technical meetings with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and technical clarifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Building Management Systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for clients and consultants.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate system design and costing.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in BMS and automation.
- Familiar with Schneider BMS brand
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics
- 5–8+ years of experience in BMS or low current systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Experience in tendering and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
