The role involves technical expertise, customer engagement, and sales support to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Development: Design BMS solutions based on client needs and deliver technical presentations.
- Sales Support: Assist sales teams with proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth transitions to post-sales teams.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on BMS technologies and provide training to clients and internal teams.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to enhance offerings.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
- Certifications: BMS certifications (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, etc.) preferred.
Skills & Experience- Technical expertise in BMS components, protocols (BACnet, Modbus), and energy management.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- 15 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles in the BMS industry.
