Job Description

We are currently hiring for a multinational conglomerate who has completed a recent merger in the region of a local business in alternative Tobacco.

We are open to consider suitable applications from international candidates however relocation support is not provided for this role except for visa sponsorship for the employee.

Role Purpose

They are now looking for a senior brand manager to lead business portfolio and 360 activation agenda across multiple nicotine, driving growth through insight-led portfolio strategy, marketing communication, and best-in-class execution across consumer, shopper, and customer touchpoints.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio strategy across categories: analyse consumer, shopper, and market data to define portfolio roles, pricing, mix and pipeline.
  • Lead product lifecycle plans: launches, innovation and SKU expansion in full alignment with regulatory, supply, and commercial teams.
  • Design and execute integrated 360 communication plans (offline, online, social, CRM, eCom, in-store) within regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Develop e-commerce, loyalty and owned-platform programs ensuring seamless UX, conversion, and cutting-edge contents.
  • Drive trade marketing and B2B activation and developments: channel programs, joint business plans, sell-in tools, visibility standards and POSM toolkit.
  • Oversee consumer activation and events (experiential, sampling, education), ensuring targeting, responsibility, and measurement.
  • Manage packaging briefs and development for in-market SKUs (claims, warnings, adaptations) with regulatory and legal alignment.
  • Lead and challenge agencies (creative, media, digital, PR, events) to deliver impactful, insight-led, OTIF work
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Legal, , Supply Chain and Finance to secure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Track brand, category and campaign performance; translate insights into clear plans and optimizations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
  • 6- 8 years experience in brand / trade / category / activation roles in FMCG industries.
  • Proven experience in novel nicotine products is essential.
  • Demonstrated strength in turning consumer and shopper data into portfolio, pricing and activation decisions.
  • Solid experience managing multiple agencies and partners; able to brief, challenge and drive performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strong sense of prioritisation
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
