Senior Business Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Qesm El Maadi. In this position, the Senior Business Analyst will gather, document, and analyze business requirements, design and refine business processes, and work closely with stakeholders for the development of effective strategies. The role also involves translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and business users.

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating data to inform decision-making.
• Expertise in Business Process design and optimization.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear articulation of complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience in education or professional development industries is a plus.
