Senior Business Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing actionable insights through data analysis. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role involves identifying opportunities for growth, ensuring efficient workflows, and facilitating effective communication across departments to align with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret data
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in tools and techniques for process mapping and requirements gathering
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in education or language learning sectors, is advantageous
