Senior Business Analyst

Connectalents is a leading Recruitment & HR Solutions company in the UAE & Egypt, delivering end-to-end manpower solutions across EMEA is hiring Senior Business Analyst (46 years) to work for a complex web-based system covering 500+ processes and 50+ modules in Customs & Investment Modernization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Proven experience in Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing (Mandatory)

Experience working on complex systems (multiple modules & processes)

Ability to quickly understand large products and deliver efficiently

Fluent in English & Arabic

Willingness to travel onsite and stay for extended periods if required

BA certification is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent

Experience working with government clients is highly preferred
