Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is a plus.
  • CBAP - Certification in Business Analysis is mandatory.
