Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers to identify their problems and business needs.
  • Requirement Elicitations and Gathering.
  • Drive functional and non-functional requirements from customer requirements.
  • Conducting Feasibility Study, Gap Analysis.
  • Validate & Verify Requirements.
  • Develop clear documentation for requirements, story boarding, user scenarios, etc.
  • Create test scenarios, test conditions & expected results and test cases.
  • Execute test scripts and test software programs to compare specifications, documentations and make sure that it meets customer requirements.
  • Assures system usability and flexibility.
  • Generate and write clear defect reports and validate bug fixes.
  • Re-Engineering for Business Process: Recommends improvements to business processes.
  • Identify the nature of the work of various departments of the Government Entities to identify opportunities to improve their performance through Elicitation Session and process Improvements.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC and ERP.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
