We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to lead business analysis initiatives, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex projects and programs.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using appropriate methodologies and tools.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategy, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working on large-scale, cross-functional, and enterprise-level projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
