Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for software and digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in alignment with business objectives.
  • Model business processes and system workflows using UML, BPMN, or similar techniques.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across the project lifecycle.
  • Support project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ Yrs experience as a Business Analyst within software development or digital projects.
  • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proven experience producing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or equivalent modeling standards.
  • Awareness of enterprise and IT frameworks and standards, including:
  • ISO 20000, ISO 27001
  • ITIL 4, DevOps, Agile SDLC
  • PNU Application Reference Model
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
