We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who is a native French speaker to bridge business needs and technology solutions across complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, extensive experience in business process analysis, requirements management, and digital transformation projects, with the ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate UAT planning, test case review, execution support, and defect resolution.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout project delivery.
- Support digital transformation, system implementation, and process optimization initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications in both French and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
- Native-level proficiency in French (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and technical teams.
