We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst Oracle Fusion HCM (10-Month Contract)

Adecco is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst Oracle Fusion HCM to join a leading organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Talent Management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and integrations using OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and HCM Extracts.
- Configure workflows, security roles, and system enhancements as per business needs.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to business users on system functionality and best practices.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 710 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, ORC, and Talent Management modules.
- Experience with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
