About the Role
As part of the Global Intelligent Process Automation & Process Excellence team, you will play a key role in accelerating the organisation's digital transformation journey. This is a strategic role that combines Business Analysis, Product Management, Process Excellence, and Intelligent Automation to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Asia and Switzerland, you will identify transformation opportunities, define product strategy, and lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives across the bank. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide transformation through technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Product Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation and digital transformation initiatives—from ideation and discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for automation products and digital solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), User Stories, Process Maps, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Build business cases with clearly defined KPIs, ROI, and measurable success metrics.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives while delivering exceptional user and client experiences.
Intelligent Automation & Process Excellence
- Identify and redesign business processes to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and risk management.
- Drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives using:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Generative AI
- Intelligent Process Automation (IPA)
- Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Workflow Automation
- OCR & Intelligent Document Processing
- Process Mining (e.g., Celonis)
- Low-Code Platforms
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Excellence methodologies to optimise business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Automation Engineers, and Technology teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Stakeholder & Project Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Wealth Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business functions.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional teams and global stakeholders in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with global transformation objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives through Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, implementation, and post-production optimisation.
- Present recommendations, project updates, and business cases to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and change management to maximise business value and user engagement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Process Excellence Consultant.
- Strong experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations, or Financial Services.

- Strong product management experience, including ownership of product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation.
- Experience working with global teams, particularly across Asia and Switzerland.
