About the Role
We are hiring four Business Analysts to support the design, development, and delivery of digital banking services within our platform.
Each analyst will specialize in one or more areas including Everyday Banking, Cards & Loans, Payments & Transfers, Value Added Services (VAS), and Data Analysis.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of financial products, customer journeys, and digital banking services, and will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and operations teams to transform business requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis
- Elicit and document business requirements across digital banking journeys, including accounts, cards, loans, payments, and digital services.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to analyze and validate requirements.
Product & Delivery Support
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop user stories and support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
Documentation & Process Design
- Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and compliance teams.
- Participate in end-to-end testing and validation of implemented solutions.
Data & Insights
- Collaborate with data teams to define business rules, KPIs, and data sources for reporting and dashboards.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytical insights.
Implementation & Change Management
- Support training, documentation, and go-live activities.
- Assist with change management and knowledge transfer across teams.
Coverage Areas
Business Analysts will be distributed across the following domains:
- Everyday Banking – account management and digital banking services
- Cards & Loans – credit card products, personal loans, and loan application journeys
- Payments & Transfers – domestic and international transfers, instant payments, bill payments
- Value Added Services (VAS) – loyalty programs, rewards, subscriptions, and bundled offerings
- Data Analysis – defining KPIs, metrics, and supporting data analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience within banking, fintech, or digital financial services is highly preferred
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Communication
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Egyptian banking regulations and CBE digital mandates
- Experience working on digital banking transformation initiatives
- Understanding of core banking systems and payment infrastructure
- Experience working with financial reporting or analytics platforms
