About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business consulting, client advisory, and strategic solution design. This role requires strong analytical leadership, the ability to engage executives, and deep experience turning complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is also highly fluent in modern AI capabilities, using them to improve processes, support digital transformation, and enhance business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Consulting & Advisory
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them define business problems, assess opportunities, and shape transformation roadmaps.
- Lead consulting engagements including discovery, assessment, gap analysis, and value realization activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver consulting deliverables such as assessments, diagnostic reports, feasibility studies, and business cases.
Business Analysis & Strategy
- Drive end-to-end business analysis for complex programs and initiatives.
- Assess current-state processes, operating models, and organizational structures to identify optimization or innovation opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and solution designs.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted partner for senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and strategic alignment sessions to understand client needs and priorities.
- Present findings, insights, recommendations, and solution concepts clearly and persuasively.
AI & Digital Enablement
- Identify how AI, automation, predictive analytics, and advanced technologies can be used to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to shape AI-enabled features and solutions.
- Help clients understand AI use cases, ROI potential, and implementation implications.
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Support or lead project delivery from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with PMs, architects, developers, and testing teams to drive successful delivery.
- Manage scope, prioritize requirements, and maintain clear documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Documentation & Analysis
- Create high-quality artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, business cases, and solution proposals.
- Conduct impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and risk assessments.
- Ensure traceability between business goals, requirements, and delivered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analysis and Business Consulting experience, ideally across multiple industries or enterprise environments.
- Strong consulting presenceable to advise executives, lead discussions, and manage client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, automation tools) in business contexts.
- Expertise in BA frameworks, process modeling, and Agile/Waterfall delivery.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
