Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with6+ years of expertise in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, driving automation initiatives across banking operations.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience with a strong focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (UiPath), and AI-enabled applications.
• Solid understanding of AI architectures, including LLMs, API integrations, workflow orchestration, and unstructured data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Process Mining/Task Mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
• Working knowledge of core banking platforms including FIS, Arthur, Jack Henry, and Archer.
• Proven expertise in creating Process Design Documents (PDDs) and collaborating on Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with full traceability.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
