Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting Value Stream within the Group Finance Department.

The engagement focuses on regulatory compliance, process optimization, and business analysis in a banking environment. The consultant will support regulatory reporting initiatives by analyzing and implementing new business and regulatory requirements, driving automation of manual file-based processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual adjustments, and contributing to ECB remediation activities.

The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and sustainable regulatory reporting solutions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of banking regulatory reporting processes, financial data, and reporting systems.

Musts Required:

Proven 7 - 10+ years of experience in business knowledge of banking regulatory reporting (Baltics banks level highly preferred, EU as fallback)

Strong, practical, proven, justified in-depth knowledge/hands-on-based understanding of banking products, systems, processes, and financial data

Senior proven clearly showcased in the CV via numerous tasks experience in business analysis and requirements engineering

Proven and very fluent justified ability to analyze and translate regulatory reporting requirements into clear business and data requirements

Strong very mature, practical, proven, justified in-depth knowledge/hands-on-based understanding of reporting rules, validation logic, and supervisory expectations

Proven justified ability to translate complex datasets and statistical concepts into clear business insights

Strong leadership, proactiveness and stakeholder engagement skills, high-end English and top-notch soft skills, convincing, confidence
