Job Description

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loan products, and corporate banking services
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training, change management, and post-implementation support
  • Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and services, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to banking, ensuring compliance with applicable standards

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, preferably with a local bank in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience in digital banking loans or corporate banking is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is preferred
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
