Job Summary
We are hiring for a well-known governmental entity in the Riyadh region; Senior Business Architect is responsible for defining and aligning organizational structure with business goals, developing enterprise-wide architecture strategies, and ensuring the integration of business functions, capabilities, data, and systems. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, optimize operations, and ensure effective governance across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Define roles and organizational structures.
- Identify areas for business improvement.
- Align organizational structure with business functions and strategy.
- Plan and design business architecture strategies based on enterprise vision.
- Build and document strategic and tactical goals of the organization, mapping them to governance metrics.
- Describe and distinguish core, strategic, and support capabilities across business units.
- Identify and describe external entities (e.g., customers, suppliers, external systems) and their interaction with business processes.
- Define shared enterprise data and its relationships.
- Develop business architecture using structured methodologies that capture the key views of the enterprise.
- Represent enterprise functions, workforce, resources, and controls in a structured and traceable manner.
- Act as a key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic solutions and integration initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise-wide strategies and technologies.
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts such as strategy maps, process maps, capability models, and organizational charts.
Job Requirements
- Saudi National
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture roles.
- Professional certifications in Business Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) are preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise modeling tools and frameworks
- Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in business process design, capability modeling, and strategic alignment
- Experience in producing business architecture documentation and roadmaps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
