Title: Business Developer specialist

Work Schedule: Five days from office
We're looking for a driven Business Developer to grow our client base and drive sales opportunities in the advertising and production industry. This role is ideal for someone confident, results-oriented, and experienced in selling services to businesses within creative industries.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients in advertising and production
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align strategies
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements- 25 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically in advertising, media, or production
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience in consultative selling and CRM tools is a plus
