Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in digital and influencer marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and content creators
- Pitch GhoSt's services to potential clients with compelling presentations and proposals
- Manage the sales pipeline and close deals that align with company targets
- Work closely with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platforms, and influencer dynamics
- Track and report performance against set business development KPIs
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing is a must
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus
