Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the companies vision and long-term growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities across existing and new markets.
- Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Support leadership in defining and upgrading business models for different subsidiaries.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive revenue growth by developing new clients, channels, products, and services across the group.
- Expand the group's footprint in existing and new geographic markets.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities between group companies.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new offerings and business lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, investors, and regulators.
- Represent each company in high-level negotiations and strategic discussions.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and financial performance indicators.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and growth-related financial planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or commercial roles.
- Proven experience working within or across diversified groups or multi-business environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Experience dealing with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
