Job Description
v Assess feasibility studies and other project-related research, develop financial/non-financial project KPIs as well as the project resource schedule to present a business model that is geared towards project success, high social impact and deliver a sustainable solution for the market.
v Assist in developing a strategy and operational plans for his/her portfolio to contribute to achieving the BD function's strategic goals and the overall Future Work strategy.
v Support the BD Manager in the stakeholder buy-in process for project cases. Liaise with the Stakeholder Manager/Specialist to ensure continued support.
v Manage the development of RFPs and lead subsequent negotiations with vendors so that external services are provided efficiently and in line with Future Work standards.
v Assist in business development activities, for instance by investigating opportunities with assigned clients and attending business development meetings, to create an impactful and profitable pipeline.
v Help identifying training and development needs of (Senior) Associates and Analysts to contribute to the development of direct reports and expertise in different labour market segments/target areas.
v Financial Modeling & Analysis relating to deal structuring and public private partnerships (PPP).
v Construct and conduct presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
v Perform any other duties as required by the line manager.
Experience
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in business development, account or product management, ideally within business services or technology sectors. Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance, manage products or solutions through their lifecycle, and communicate commercial insights effectively to support growth objectives.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and measurable results
- FMVA, CFA, PMP holders preferable.
