Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Developer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for owning the full business development cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals. The role includes building and managing a strong pipeline of enterprise and government clients across the Gulf (KSA, UAE), USA, and London markets, developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and executing outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and direct communication channels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B business development or sales, with exposure to Gulf, USA, or London markets
  • Strong expertise in Lead Generation, outbound outreach, and full sales cycle management
  • Excellent English communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in the tech or software industry
  • Strong Analytical Skills with ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Experience managing client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently, stay target-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of MENA region market dynamics and business culture is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
