Senior Business Developer

Position Details:

Work Hours: 8 hours/day

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Friday & Saturday off)

Location: Dokki / On-site Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Partnerships: Build, manage, and scale strategic collaborations and strategic alliances with major companies and enterprise clients across Egypt and the Gulf area.
• Grants & Funding Opportunities: Track, research, and apply for business growth opportunities, grants, RFPs, and funding programs offered by donor organizations, international institutions, and grant-making bodies.
• Deal Closure & Relationship Management: Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations and maintain high-level, long-term relationships with key external decision-makers and organizational partners.
• Strategic Growth: Align partnership opportunities and grant funding with WebSTDY's technical capabilities (web, mobile, and digital solutions) to drive sustainable expansion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or account management within a Software House or IT Services company.
• Proven track record in securing corporate collaborations and navigating institutional/donor-funded opportunities and grants.
• Strong network and background in deal closing and relationship building with corporate decision-makers.
• High familiarity with tech services (web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and proposal presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
