Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Sales Specialist with strong selling skills and a clear revenue-driven focus. This role intensely concentrates on Market Penetration and Deal Closing for major institutional clients (B2B). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of converting strategic opportunities into actual contracts within the services sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesI. Deal Closing & Revenue Generation
  1. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations at the decision-maker level to ensure deals are closed with the highest possible profit margins.
  3. Value Proposition Design: Formulate and deliver compelling, customized commercial and consultative proposals (Tailored Proposals) for WorkBrand's services (Training, Consulting, Media, Office Services).
  4. Sales Cycle Ownership: Take full responsibility for managing the sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract signing.
II. Business Development & Prospecting
  1. New Client Discovery: Conduct active and methodical strategic prospecting campaigns (Strategic Outreach) to identify and qualify new B2B clients and open new sales channels.
  2. Market Analysis: Identify strategic opportunities in untapped markets and present actionable plans for penetration.
  3. Strategic Relationships: Build and deepen long-term relationships with Key Accounts to ensure loyalty and maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
III. Administration and Reporting
  1. Accurately log all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  2. Prepare periodic performance reports detailing the sales pipeline status and future closing forecasts (Forecasting).

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B Institutional Sales, with a strong focus on deal closing and business development.
  • Sector Background: A proven and successful sales record in selling Services or complex solutions (specifically in the Training or Consulting sectors is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Advanced negotiation skills, exceptional persuasion capability, and a sharp focus on Sales Closing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Full fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
