Senior Business Development Analyst

The Senior Business Development Analyst is responsible for leading feasibility studies, manage tendering processes, structure payment plans, and evaluate investment opportunities. The role requires deep expertise in market surveys, sector analysis, and financial viability to support strategic growth and new project acquisition.

Responsibilities

-Identify and evaluate new infrastructure and real estate investment opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

-Build and maintain strong working relationships with investors, developers, consultants, financial institutions, and government authorities.

-Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for real estate and infrastructure projects.

-Prepare comprehensive project viability reports, including financial models covering IRR, NPV, ROI, cash flows, and sensitivity analysis.

-Analyze land acquisition costs, construction costs, development timelines, and revenue projections to assess project viability.

-Lead end-to-end tendering and bidding processes, including:

Preparation, review, and evaluation of RFQ/RFP documents

Coordination with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders

-Design and evaluate payment plans, investment structures, funding models, and partnership frameworks.

-Conduct market surveys to assess pricing benchmarks, absorption rates, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

-Perform sector analysis across all current and proposed projects to support strategic decision-making.

-Track and analyze regulatory changes, market trends, and macroeconomic indicators impacting the business and investment environment.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

-35 years of relevant experience in real estate development sector.

-CFA Level 1 qualified or in progress

-Strong knowledge of real estate feasibility, valuation, and financial modeling

-Expertise in tendering, bid management, and contract negotiation

-Market research, data analysis, and sector benchmarking

-Investment analysis and deal structuring

-Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

-Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
