Senior Business Development Engineer

Giza Power is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to expanding our business across Civil Construction, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in civil construction, and renewable energy sectors.

• Prepare, analyze, and follow up on tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new contracts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, and private-sector stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Civil, and Renewable Energy technical teams to develop integrated solutions that meet client requirements.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and new business opportunities.

• Prepare professional presentations, marketing materials, company profiles, and project reports showcasing Giza Power's capabilities and track record.

• Support strategic growth initiatives, including exploring new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.

• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management regarding business development activities and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil,

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Tendering, Sales, or Project Development.

• Strong understanding of the construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy markets.

• Proven experience in tenders, proposals, client relationship management, and business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
