We're Hiring – Senior Business Development Engineer

Yama Engineering Systems is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Engineer to lead the company's growth strategy, strengthen market presence, and expand our footprint among consultants and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the company's presence and visibility among engineering consultants and secure registration/approval of our products and solutions.
• Lead business development initiatives to support the company's strategic growth plans.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities.
• Evaluate and recommend new products or technologies that can be added to the company's portfolio to enhance market competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Support sales, marketing, and technical teams with updated market insights and strategic direction.
• Prepare business development reports and present findings to senior management.
• Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and consultant meetings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development within the engineering or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of the Firefighting/HVAC market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong market analysis capabilities with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships and drive results.
