The position of Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and strategic targeting.
- Reach decision-makers to promote and sell company services.
- Create and send professional email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce services, nurture leads, and secure opportunities.
- Maintain and update client data, sales tasks, and activities in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with clients to address inquiries, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
- Take ownership of client needs, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Analyze sales activities to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a business development in the Translation industry.
- BSc/BA in business administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience working closely with a marketing team.
- Proven B2B sales track record (closing new business)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
