About the Role:
Rahet Bally is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in media, digital, or advertising agencies and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead client acquisition efforts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, creative) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within media, digital, or advertising agencies.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong network within the media, marketing, and digital industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working with brands, advertising campaigns, or digital platforms.
