Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base. The Senior Business Development Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, lead market research, conduct competitive analysis, and proactively contribute to business strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Well-established global network with C-suite executives across insurance and reinsurance companies
• Strong skills in sales, marketing, and negotiation
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis techniques
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Solid understanding of the insurance or InsurTech industry; knowledge of digital transformation strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is mandatory
• Willingness to work in an on-site role in Doha, Qatar
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills, such as Arabic, are an advantage.
