Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals, monitoring market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Negotiation, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
• Ability to conduct Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Opportunity Identification.
• Experience with Project Management and Strategic Planning.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but equivalent experience is acceptable.
