Who You Are

• Proactive and self-motivated. You take initiative and drive results independently.
• Experienced in enterprise software sales. You have 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the software/technology sector.
• Fintech or banking background Even better. Experience in the financial services industry is a huge plus.
• Strategic thinker. You understand the banking technology ecosystem and the business drivers behind digital transformation.
• Confident communicator. You're comfortable leading discussions with C-level executives and can clearly articulate how Backbase adds value.
• Digitally fluent. You grasp the impact of digital business solutions and can translate technical concepts into business benefits.
• Continuous learner. You stay ahead of industry trends and market developments.
• Skilled presenter. You can engage and educate an audience with ease.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in software/technology business development.
• Strong understanding of financial services and/or fintech is a major advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Arabic speaker
