We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join a growing financial services company in Saudi Arabia. As the first commercial hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their go-to-market strategy, building key relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine our value proposition and market positioning
- Lead the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships within financial services, lending or fintech
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape
- Proven ability to build networks and close high-value deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English
