Senior Business Development Manager Financial Services (KSA)

Role Overview:
A Saudi-based technology and analytics business is expanding its presence across the Kingdom and is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth with banks, lenders, fintechs, and regulated financial institutions.
This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role focused on net-new business development, long sales cycles, and senior stakeholder engagement. The role offers strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to grow into a team leadership position as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own net-new business development across banks, fintechs, and regulated lenders in KSA
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers (Risk, Credit, Finance, Digital, Compliance, Business Heads)
- Identify opportunities across credit risk, decisioning, analytics, and data-driven use cases
- Lead the full commercial cycle: prospecting discovery solution positioning commercial negotiation deal closure
- Work closely with internal product, presales, and delivery teams to shape client solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong local pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts
- Represent the business in client meetings, workshops, and industry events
- Support market entry strategy and provide feedback on local customer needs

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or enterprise sales within financial services, fintech, data, analytics, payments, credit, risk, or enterprise technology
- Strong exposure to KSA market, ideally selling into banks or regulated institutions
- Experience carrying a direct revenue quota
- Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Arabic fluency required; English business-level proficiency
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling analytics, data platforms, SaaS, or decisioning solutions
- Exposure to credit, risk, fraud, compliance, or lending use cases
- Experience working with or alongside regulators or government-linked entities
