Key Responsibilities
- Develop and convert business opportunities for Dephina innovation outdoor cooling solutions in the Middle East. hospitality, entertainment, and leisure market.
- Build and maintain a project-level opportunity pipeline. Identify pain points and needs, develop targeted solutions, and meet sales targets.
- Develop distributors for the hotel and restaurant industries.
- Driving solution-led deals from concept to contract.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development of Middel East. Familiar with hospitality and real estate market rules and business models.
- Experience dealing with long or complex sales cycles and project-based selling.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, passion for sales, and strong customer service awareness.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary baseline: 22,600 AED (including 2,600 AED performance bonus);
- Probation: 3 months, 80% of monthly salary.
