Role Summary
Esyasoft e-Mobility is hiring a high-impact BD & Sales leader in UAE to drive B2B growth across government and enterprise customers. This role will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to deal closure across fleet electrification, charging, and digital e-Mobility platforms, working closely with internal product/engineering teams and ecosystem partners.

Dubai, UAE (with travel across UAE/GCC as needed)
Experience
810 years total experience, including 3+ years in the EV / charging / e-Mobility ecosystem and strong B2B + Government selling exposure.
Key Responsibilities
1) Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own revenue targets for assigned segments (Government, Utilities, Enterprises, Real Estate / Retail, Logistics, etc.).
Build and execute the go-to-market plan for UAE (and extend into GCC when relevant).
Convert strategic opportunities into signed contracts (framework agreements, tenders, direct enterprise deals, PPP-style engagements).
2) Enterprise & Government Sales
Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation discovery solutioning proposal negotiation closure.
Engage senior stakeholders: Government entities, regulators, utilities, semi-government organizations, enterprise CXOs.
Manage tender/RFP/RFQ responses and ensure compliance, documentation, and submission discipline.
3) Solution Selling (EV + Digital)
Sell integrated solutions such as EV charging infrastructure (AC/DC), charging management platforms (CPMS), fleet solutions, and operations models (EV-as-a-Service where applicable).
Work with pre-sales/technical teams to translate customer needs into solution architecture, commercials, and SOWs.
Maintain strong understanding of EV business models: CAPEX/OPEX, service revenue, SLAs, uptime, site acquisition, energy considerations, unit economics.
4) Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Identify and develop partnerships with OEMs, CPOs, utilities, EPCs, real-estate developers, payment providers, and technology partners.
Build joint value propositions and co-sell motions with strategic partners.
5) Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Discipline
Maintain a healthy pipeline with clear stage definitions, probabilities, and next steps.
Track KPIs: pipeline coverage, win rate, conversion cycle time, average deal size, forecast accuracy.
Ensure clean CRM hygiene and weekly reporting to leadership.
Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)
810 years in B2B sales / BD, with proven closures in UAE.
3+ years in EV ecosystem (charging infrastructure, CPO networks, fleet electrification, EV OEMs, energy/utility-linked EV programs, or eMobility SaaS).
Strong network and credibility with Government / Semi-Government stakeholders and ability to navigate procurement/tender cycles.
Demonstrated solution selling capability (not just product selling) with commercial structuring skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, delivery, and finance.
Good to Have
GCC exposure beyond UAE (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait).
Experience selling to utilities, municipalities, transport authorities, large property groups, logistics/last-mile, or oil & gas enterprise transitions.
Familiarity with charging standards and terminology (OCPP, OCPI, AC/DC specs, site readiness, SLAs, uptime, field ops).
Experience selling software platforms (CPMS / fleet SaaS / energy management / IoT platforms).
Education
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering/Business preferred). MBA is a plus.
