Six to eight years of experience within Business Development or Strategic Partnerships

Deep domain expertise across fintech or financial services and technology

A proven history of managing complex stakeholders and delivering measurable partner growth Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C suite executives

Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem and regulatory environment

Experience navigating professional corporate cultures such as the DIFC or similar global financial hubs Strategic mindset with the ability to move the needle on long term objectives rather than focusing on short term volume
