Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing market share within target industries.

You will join a global team that provides expert, sustainable solutions in records management and digital transformation, proudly partnering with 225,000 customers to protect their data privacy in innovative ways.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive New Business: Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for both Private and Public Sector clients to increase revenue and achieve quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with Chief-level (C-level) stakeholders and industry influencers to understand and influence business objectives.
  • Ensure Strategic Growth: Continuously prospect for net new clients and manage Negotiated and Request for Proposal (RFP) sales processes while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in direct solution sales, specifically within business services, business process outsourcing, or archiving.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation, Record Management, and selling Technology solutions to the Public Sector.
  • Proven ability in strategic new business hunting, solution mapping, and negotiating with high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and think broadly about company-wide impact.
