Job Summary

OCC Weavers Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the General Contracting sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of securing major projects within the Kingdom.

This role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the General Contracting and Construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.
  • Cooperate in the preparation and submission of commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams to support business acquisition efforts.
  • Cooperate on the Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare regular business development reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia as a Business Development Manager within the contracting/construction sector.
  • Previous experience working with large contracting companies in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi construction market, project lifecycle, and tendering processes.
  • Proven network and business relationships within the industry.
  • Excellent leadership, managerial, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Native Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
