Job Summary
PM Digital Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development with a strong background in a Digital Marketing Agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth — particularly within the real estate market. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the Real Estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Account Management, Creative, Media Buying, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the real estate industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Specialist or similar role.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content, etc.).
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients.
