Job Description

POSITION: SR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:
Have a good and thorough understanding of the businesses products or services
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services that our current business should include
Generate leads with prospective customers, and identify key decision making individuals in those organizations
Meeting with new and existing clients
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients
Draw up client contracts
Train members of the team, arranging external training where appropriate
Discuss promotional strategy and marketing with the CEO
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Prepare business plan and operational plan for the business to expand
Plan and Identify staff for hiring
Plan and Identify/ setup operations / legal documents
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
Ensure of positive and enthusiastic working environment
Salary: AED 10-12K monthly + Commission
Qualification: Minimum Undergrad
Experience: 5-8 years - Prior Real Estate experience ideal.
Age: 28-35
