We are hiring a high-performance Business Development Manager to drive UAE-wide revenue growth for our multi-service home services company (cleaning, AC, maintenance, pest control, handyman). This role combines aggressive sales ownership with management of the existing operations team to ensure delivery, quality, and retention. Targets are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth across all Emirates
- Close AMC, corporate, residential, and bulk service contracts
- Build partnerships with real estate, property management, FM companies, and developers
- Manage and coordinate the existing operations team to ensure SLA compliance
- Align sales commitments with operational capacity
- Push cross-selling and upselling across multiple services
- Own monthly and quarterly targets and performance reporting
- KPI-Based Performance Metrics
- Monthly revenue target (UAE-wide)
- New clients onboarded per month
- AMC / Contract value signed (AED)
- Service delivery SLA adherence (%)
- Cross-service sales conversion rate (%)
- Customer retention & repeat bookings
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in business development or operations-led sales
- Mandatory experience in multi-service home services / FM / maintenance
- Proven ability to manage sales + operations coordination
- Strong UAE market and multi-Emirate exposure
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license required
