Senior Business Development Representative

Prospex is an outbound sales and lead generation company specialising in the Australian B2B telecommunications market.

We are looking to onboard both:

• BDRs (Business Development Representatives)

• Senior BDRs (Senior Business Development Representatives)

Role Responsibilities:

• B2B appointment setting with Australian companies through (Cold & Warm calls)

• Booking qualified appointments for leading phone system providers including:

(Dialpad, RingCentral, Avaya, 8x8, Microsoft Teams, and others.)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

2:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Fixed Shift)

Location:

179 El Orouba Street, Salah Salem

In front of the Military Academy

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary: 12,000–15,000 EGP depending on experience and position

Commission Structure:

• Tier 1: 10 Appointments = $100 USD equivalent in EGP

• Tier 2: Additional 6 Appointments = $100 USD

• Tier 3: Additional 4 Appointments = $100 USD

• Tier 4, 5, 6: Same structure as Tier 3 ($100 USD per 4 appointments)

Potential Team Leaders are also needed throughout this process and promotions will take no time with proven performance and leadership traits.
