Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to lead growth initiatives and expand our client portfolio in New Cairo. This full-time, on-site role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, proven deal-closing experience, and the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key industries
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct advanced market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions
  • Track performance, prepare forecasts, and present insights to senior management
  • Mentor and support junior business development team members (if applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Developer / Business Development Manager
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, digital, or technology agencies is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
