Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Job Purpose:

Manage and optimize business systems and applications to ensure their effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with operational needs, while acting as the bridge between business functions and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize business applications and internally developed tools to ensure ongoing effectiveness and system sustainability.

· Ensure systems are aligned with business processes and user requirements, and drive continuous system performance improvement.

· Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process optimization across business functions.

· Lead and support system implementation and adoption of tools delivered through PMO initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.

· Maintain data integrity, system reliability, and usability standards across all managed business platforms.

· Act as the primary bridge between business functions and technical solutions, translating business needs into system requirements.

· Provide advanced user support, training programs, and system documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.

Technical competencies:

· Business systems analysis, configuration, and optimization.

· ERP / business tools, process automation, and data integrity management.

Qualification & Education:

· Education: Engineering / IT-related degree

· Years of Experience: 3-5 Years of experience
