Role Overview
At Wio Bank, we're here to
reinvent business banking for the UAE's entrepreneurs. As a Senior Business Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our partner ecosystem and helping more businesses experience a smarter, simpler way to bank.
You'll work closely with free zones, business setup firms, and key ecosystem partners to open new opportunities, deepen relationships, and drive highquality customer acquisition. This is a handson, growthfocused role for someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships and shaping new digital journeys.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Grow and manage a strong portfolio of partners, including free zones and business setup advisory firms.
- Drive business account sourcing, inflows, and portfolio growth through partner-led channels.
- Act as a true ambassador of Wio Business, helping partners understand and champion our products.
- Deliver on clear commercial targets and use data to optimize performance.
- Build smooth, scalable processes with crossfunctional teams to improve partner journeys.
- Represent Wio's values by keeping things simple, transparent, and customer-first at every step.
What Are We Looking For
- Experience working with UAE Free Zones, business setup advisory firms, or trade licence authorities.
- Strong understanding of the UAE licensing ecosystem, across both free zones and mainland.
- A track record of managing partnerships that deliver measurable growth.
- A digitalfirst mindset you're comfortable with modern tools, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- A collaborative, positive approach and genuine passion for supporting SMEs and entrepreneurs
