Freezoner is a business formation company based in Dubai that helps investors set up their businesses smoothly and efficiently. We offer one-stop-shop solutions for our clients under one roof with packages that cater to all business needs. Our company formation services include onshore, offshore, and mainland business setup, along with VAT and audits, VIP services, and visa and bank account services. We also offer additional services such as website design, business cards, and company stamps.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Business Support



MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing new cases of Freezones and DED as follows : New Business setup, Company renewals Company liquidations, Visa Processing

• Updating cases on the company’s CRM

• Dealing directly with the authorities to process assigned cases and communicating with the clients for their cases updates in the most efficient and quick way

• Following up with the Finance team regarding assigned cases

• Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, governmental agencies, and other local partners

• Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries

• Reporting the department’s progress

• Setting short and long-term goals for the department and for individual employees

• Required to maintain the day-to-day operations

• Following up with the team on the ongoing cases

• Required to maintaining the delivery of the ongoing deals on time

• Overseeing all customer service communication and intervening if necessary

• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service

• Following up on the CRM and the delivery of the deals

• Updating the team with any updates regarding government requirements or new rules


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Operations role is a MUST
  • Experience in Business Setup in KSA is an advantage
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling quantitative data
  • Experience of CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably available to join immediately. The candidate should be based in UAE.
